We have on staff a Certified Advanced QuickBooks Advisor who can not just help you fix something on the fly, but can also help you utilize your system to its fullest.


On-site Data Support and Entry

Our on-site data support and entry program can and will save you money in the long run. We will take you through an in-depth interview and review of HOW you are currently using your system and HOW you would like to use your system.
We will correct any immediate issues on our FIRST visit and give you a plan of how to minimize future problems.

Remote Access Support

A remote access program enables us to link directly into your desktop from our office and gets you over an immediate issue you may be having.
It’s as simple as downloading a free software package and “inviting” us to into your office via the web. Once the “remote section” is linked, we take over your computer and call you.
We can talk you through correcting an issue while you actually see us do it, or if you need additional instruction on how to perform a certain task, we can show you “live” how to do so. This is a great service for someone who wants to learn on the fly.

Setup and Training

Most companies know WHAT they want out of a system but not HOW to set up a system so they can get the proper results. We will take you through an in-depth interview of what YOU want from the system. Then we will customize your system to YOUR needs.
From installing the software to customizing reports, the setup is customized based on your company’s needs. It is not a system based on a “canned” option that may only have SOME of the things you want.
After the system is set up, you are trained in the general operation of the system and how to complete data.

Classroom Training

One-on-one training – our hands on classroom is designed to give you the environment needed to enable you to learn at a fast pace.
Group Training - Have more than one employee that needs to be trained? Our classroom can handle it.
You may also pick from one of our three courses:
Beginners – Are you just starting out? In our two-day class (2 hours each day), you WILL learn how to perform the following:
  • Make Deposits
  • Issue Checks
  • Reconcile Bank Accounts
  • Generate Reports
Intermediate – Do you now how to do most of the above? Then you just need to tune up your knowledge.
  • Understand How ITEMS used on Invoices and Purchase orders effect how information is posted to Financials

  • Make Deposits from customer Payments
  • Create Purchase orders and enter payable bills against purchase orders
  • Enter Credit Card Transactions and reconcile credit card accounts
Advanced - If you have working knowledge of ALL areas outlined in Beginners and Intermediate, then you are ready to take this level.
